You've got potential.
You've certainly got potential. You can make a nice-looking landscape and your still art is above average.
However, throughout the movie you take the cheap way out in a lot of areas, making your drawings look mediocre. I would recommend spending more time on them.
However, your area that needs most improvement. The animation was incredibly glitchy. Each movement nearly made me wince. I can tell from some parts of the movie that you can do better. I think, once again, you just need to spend more time and practice harder.
Your voices are also lacking. Just extend an invitation to voice actors to take part. In fact, I'd gladly extend my services.
I'm sorry to have to give you a '3', but I really feel that's all this deserves. While it may be impressive in some areas, it's lacking so much in others that it makes it almost unbearable to watch.
Work on the animation, fix the glitchiness and areas with hasty art, and get better voices. After which I think your movies will improve a world in quality.
If you had a tight deadline, I can understand. I myself have had to deal with short time periods. However, don't try to complete someting of this massive proportions in short time periods. Settle for a simpler art style, and a simpler animation type.
I hope to see more from you in the future. You've got great potential.
And I hope this review helps.
